DMV Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, content creation, web development, and AI automation. Service details and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement: services are billed monthly in advance, payment is due upon receipt of invoice, late payments may result in service suspension, and month-to-month contracts can be canceled with 30 days notice.
Our 90-day performance guarantee applies to qualified clients. Specific metrics and criteria are defined in individual service agreements.
You retain ownership of your brand and content. We retain ownership of our processes, tools, and methodologies. Custom deliverables become your property upon full payment.
DMV Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
